Strategic Visioning/Planning Workshop for Small Businesses
WHO: Small business/entreprenuers/soloprenuers who need to spend a day planning their year.
WHAT: Strategic Visioning/Planning session that will be based on solid planning techniques I use in corporate America. I will use the same visual, innovation and creativity tools I use in those environments.
WHEN: Workshop is one day only. You may choose one day from the following:
WHERE: 3360 Larimer St., Denver, CO (The meeting space is located in the rear of the building and can be accessed on 34th Street between Larimer and Lawrence. Please enter through the chainlink gate and look for the RED DOOR.)
HOW MANY: 12 per day (plus one partner if applicable to participate as a team). Prefer to have only 12 participants in the room…can go a bit higher if there are teams.
INCLUDES: Planning booklet in a large book form that will be full of templates and processes that will help you get to the answers, see the plan and tools to communicate their plan with their teams. Lunch and Snacks.
COST: $215.00 (additional team member $65)
