Do leaders actually become stuck?

It’s probably better to say that leaders encounter a blind spot. The blind spot is revealed in in personalities, dynamics, and historic elements. For example, is a former layoff still wreaking havoc?

It’s not an easy concept to capture. Purpose and Vision, Mission and Values — that’s the easy stuff to discuss. But workplace culture is constantly changing. Below I’ve supplied a list of the most influential resources thought leaders use to increase their thinking about these issues. By no means is this a complete list. The process of leadership is ongoing.

My definition of culture? Glad you asked. Culture is the unspoken, dynamic, and changing norms that influence the workplace. That’s a start. I hope the following list can help add to the discussion. I know you need dynamic resources to help you do your job.
